Manage business analysis and program processes within a Project Portfolio Management framework. Define priorities and outcomes to create actionable plans. Interface with management to present ideas and issues logically. Resolve complex problems using financial and business analysis techniques. Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to drive results. Work independently through ambiguous requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of related experience in process or business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow PPM and ITSM.
• Experience with Project Portfolio Management and the ITIL framework.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Project, and OneDrive.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• ServiceNow ITBM experience.
• ITIL certification.
