You will manage live business success across agency and client-direct partnerships. You serve as the primary point of contact for servicing customers, providing insights and industry recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop account strategies to mitigate revenue loss risk and maximize advertiser spend.
• Partner with Sales and Services teams to ensure efficient onboarding of new clients.
• Consult with clients on business objectives to provide appropriate product solutions.
• Act as a liaison for Media Planner and Buyer level contacts regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of media experience.
• Basic understanding of programmatic advertising.
• Knowledge of attribution models.
• Understanding of the overall digital advertising landscape.
• Ability to learn new methods, procedures, and techniques.
• Aptitude and creativity for solving client problems.
• Ability to work in small teams with minimal supervision.
• College degree.
