Description

You will own the full software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to testing and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain high-level functional requirement documents and detailed functional specifications.
• Develop user stories and task breakdowns for agile development projects.
• Design, develop, and implement test plans, executing tests and assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain and update system documentation following system upgrades.
• Assist with application support during peak times.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis for complex computer systems.
• 8+ years developing functional requirements for development projects.
• 8+ years developing and implementing test plans and test cases.
• 5+ years implementing Agile development processes, including test-driven development.
• 8+ years creating, updating, and maintaining system documentation.
• 8+ years creating training plans and materials.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or a similar requirements and test case tracking application.
• Experience working with HIPAA Data.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with healthcare data compliance beyond HIPAA basics.
