Description

Lead end-to-end testing for the Aladdin Integration Program, owning the full testing lifecycle to ensure platform quality and seamless system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts for the Aladdin Integration Program involving multiple system integrations.
• Oversee the entire end-to-end testing lifecycle to ensure platform quality.
• Manage high-complexity initiatives and large-scale test projects.
• Coordinate testing across system migrations and financial services software integrations.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of overall experience in Quality Assurance.
• Deep expertise in the Aladdin platform or similar asset management systems.
• Strong understanding of Aladdin architecture, workflows, and integration points.
• Extensive financial domain knowledge including investment management, asset classes, and risk management.
• Knowledge of portfolio management, trading, operations, compliance, and reporting.
• Experience with performance measurement, benchmarks, and asset allocation methodologies.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid test methodologies.
• Proven track record managing large-scale system migrations or ERP testing.
• Ability to manage complex integration projects within the investment management industry.
