You will lead large-scale, complex Sustainability programmes to embed practices into operations and meet ambitious goals.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to embed operational practices supporting Sustainability goals.
• Manage and govern large-scale programmes from inception to delivery.
• Navigate and master new subject domains quickly to drive organizational change.
• Deliver long-term value through rigorous programme execution and stakeholder management.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of relevant experience in Programme Management or Delivery Lead roles.
• Proven experience with Compliance and Risk domains.
• Ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations, and Group Functions.
• Familiarity with Sustainable Finance or Financial Regulation.
• Knowledge of EU AI Act.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
