Description

You will lead complex programs by managing project lifecycles, budgets, and high-level stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed program, portfolio, and project plans.
• Track core metrics including time, cost, quality, revenue, margin, and EVA.
• Execute full PM processes including RAID, planning, and change control.
• Manage resources through matrix management and direct line management.
• Prepare sales proposals and mentor junior project managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Formal PPM certifications such as MSP or PgMP.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Extensive experience in risk and change management.
• Solid budgeting and financial tracking skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, and SaaS tools like Salesforce.
• Experience in matrix management, coaching, or mentoring.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to deliver executive-level impact and presentations.
