Description

You will manage change projects to help the organization meet strategic objectives while ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, in control, and compliant with regulations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage change projects ensuring delivery meets scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop and manage project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs.
• Communicate project progress and manage stakeholder expectations across teams and senior management.
• Manage project risks, identifying, assessing, and mitigating issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in programme or project management.
• Proficiency in Change Management methodologies.
• Ability to manage project budgets and ensure adherence to agreed financial limits.
• Reporting accurate and timely KPIs to facilitate discussions and senior reporting.
• Leading working group discussions and following up on resulting actions.
• Engaging with key stakeholders across multiple teams regarding legal obligations.
• Managing project teams, ensuring adequate resourcing and expertise.
