Description

You will function as a ServiceNow Developer focused on platform solutions and custom application maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom solutions and Service Catalog items within the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and implement platform solutions based on written or verbal business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug platform issues using System Logs, debugging tools, and browser-based tools like Chrome or Firefox.
• Conduct demonstrations with client stakeholders to elicit and incorporate feedback.
• Configure and debug role and group-based ACLs.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Client and Server JavaScript coding (Catalog Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, UI Pages, JellyScripts).
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Client and Server Scripting APIs (GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, GlideAjax).
• 3+ years of experience building custom workflows.
• 3+ years of HTML/CSS/AJAX development.
• 3+ years of experience building custom UI pages using HTML/CSS/AJAX.
• Experience with HTML/CSS/AJAX, Widgets, Service Portal Pages, and AngularJS.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
