Description

Lead the design, development, and enhancement of production programs and system interfaces while ensuring alignment with technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design application enhancements, development programs, and fixes for production problems.
• Collaborate with Systems Analysts and Team Leads to translate user requirements into technical design specifications.
• Execute structured code reviews, walkthroughs, and testing to maintain quality standards.
• Manage task schedules, determine time estimates, and monitor actuals against estimated-time-to-complete.
• Support the installation of application releases into production and provide operational documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 2-3 years of experience in deployment, configuration, management, and modification of Dynamics 365.
• 2-4 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and model-driven apps.
• Experience developing Power Portal apps.
• Strong web development skills using JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS.
• Ability to configure Microsoft 365, Office 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform to meet client needs.
• Expertise in operating system performance and tuning diagnostics.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience converting scientific or engineering technical formulations into computer-processable formats.
• Deep modeling and design skills for complex system specifications.
