Description

You will develop and maintain reusable UI components for the MDOT Development program, ensuring accessibility, performance, and responsiveness across browsers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams, UI/UX designers, and business analysts to build scalable components.
• Develop accessible, performant, and responsive user interfaces.
• Test all code for accessibility using JAWS reader and multiple browser plugins.
• Participate in development cycles within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with React.js, HTML5, and CSS frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience with ADA, WCAG 2.1, and Section 508 compliance policies.
• 3+ years of experience with Java 8+ and Eclipse/Jboss Developer Studio.
• 2+ years of experience with Spring framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Data.
• 2+ years of experience with the JPA framework.
• 2+ years of experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of User Experience design principles and standards.
