Description

You will act as an advanced technical resource for the Eligibility Area, designing and maintaining applications across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications for CDC I-Billing, CCAC, and Bridges projects.
• Provide development environment, production, and batch job support.
• Evaluate technical solutions and recommend modifications to existing systems.
• Develop documentation for data storage, retrieval, validation, and manipulation processes.
• Support web applications used by providers for billing and childcare attendance certification.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in software development or a related field.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET 4.8.
• Strong experience with Java.
• Expertise in Oracle Database and PL/SQL.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Agile processes.
• Experience using Jira, Bitbucket, and DevSecOps workflows.
• Ability to work independently on complicated tasks and lead technical initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Department of Health & Human Services related processes.
