Description

You will act as a PowerBuilder Developer and IT Analyst focusing on application development, data management, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Research and modify PowerBuilder source code to document data application steps.
• Write complex T-SQL queries to extract data from Sybase and MS SQL Server databases.
• Develop processes for data migration and cleansing, including profiling, mapping, and validation.
• Perform unit testing and maintain documentation for programs, system specifications, and flow diagrams.
• Analyze identified problems to provide root cause analysis and follow change management procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher).
• 10+ years of experience in T-SQL query writing for Sybase and MS SQL Server.
• 10+ years of experience in data management, including profiling, mapping, and analysis.
• 10+ years of experience in documenting and performing unit testing.
• 10+ years of experience maintaining program documentation and flow diagrams.
• 5+ years of experience with source control technologies such as TFS, Azure DevOps, or GIT.
• 5+ years of experience supporting test scenarios with clients or Business Analysts.
• 5+ years of experience in production support and root cause analysis.
• 5+ years of experience in change management.
• Some college education, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Engineering.
