Description

You will design user interfaces and experiences following established web standards and accessibility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Design interfaces that comply with W3C and web accessibility standards.
• Develop design assets using Figma or similar professional tools.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT-related design experience.
• 3+ years of experience with wireframing and prototyping.
• 3+ years of experience using Figma or a related design tool.
• 3+ years of experience designing to W3C and web accessibility standards.
• Strong, clear, and concise communication skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Lansing, MI (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH).
• Design portfolio or link to a portfolio included with submission.
