Maintain and enhance GCP-based Document AI solutions for vital records, ensuring stability, data integrity, and compliance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the MDHHS DOC AI solution, ensuring strict SEM/SUITE compliance.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to developers supporting critical applications.
• Participate in analytical assignments to enhance, integrate, and implement projects.
• Streamline critical business processes using AI/ML solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience, including Python and Java.
• 3+ years implementing core Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.
• 3+ years with deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• 3+ years developing Microservices.
• 3+ years with Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools: SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
• 3+ years utilizing OCR tools: Tesseract, Google Vision API, or AWS Textract.
• 3+ years in cloud computing and designing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions.
• Proficiency in building and optimizing chatbot applications using Dialogflow ES or CX.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and webhook integration.
