You will design, develop, and deploy AI, machine learning, and chatbot solutions across web, mobile, and voice platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design conversational flows, dialogue context, and intuitive chatbot interfaces.
• Build and optimize chatbot applications for web, mobile, and voice assistant platforms.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models and NLP solutions for text-based document processing.
• Integrate backend communication using RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• Implement unit and integration testing for chatbot flows and APIs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• 3+ years with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• 3+ years with SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• 3+ years with Dialogflow ES/CX or Google Assistant SDK.
• 3+ years with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Functions, App Engine, and Firestore.
• 3+ years with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• 3+ years with SQL, R, or Pandas.
• 3+ years with OCR tools such as Tesseract, Google Vision API, or AWS Textract.
• 3+ years with Angular or React JS.
• 3+ years with JBOSS Enterprise SOA and JBOSS Workflow.
• 3+ years with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• 3+ years using CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and Agile/TDD processes.
• Proficiency in Oracle, Databricks, Elastic, or ELK.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or Azure AI services.
• Knowledge of computer vision or reinforcement learning.
