Programmer Analyst 4

You will design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions focused on chatbot applications and document processing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational flows, managing dialogue context and user experience for web, mobile, and voice platforms.
• Build and optimize chatbot applications using Dialogflow ES/CX or Google Assistant SDK.
• Implement NLP techniques including intent recognition, entity extraction, and context management.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models using deep learning frameworks and cloud-based AI services.
• Integrate backend communication through RESTful APIs, webhooks, and microservices.
• Execute unit and integration testing for chatbot flows and APIs to ensure smooth performance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software development in Python, Java, or JavaScript (Node.js).
• 3+ years of experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• 3+ years of experience with NLP tools such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• 3+ years of experience with Dialogflow ES/CX or Google Assistant SDK.
• 3+ years of experience with OCR tools like Tesseract, Google Vision API, or AWS Textract.
• 3+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Functions, App Engine, and Firestore.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, R, or Pandas for data processing and analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• 3+ years of experience with Angular or React JS.
• 3+ years of experience in microservices architecture.
• 3+ years of experience with JBOSS Enterprise SOA and JBOSS Workflow.
• 3+ years of experience using CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and agile development with TDD.
• 3+ years of experience creating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
