Description

Design, develop, and implement customizable solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet specific CRM requirements. Own the end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce programs, including data migrations, system integrations, and third-party application management.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with long-term strategy.
• Manage release cycles and technical change management processes for new updates.
• Establish internal development guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across the team.
• Integrate Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs and OAuth.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience using Force.com platform functionalities, including Apex coding and configurations.
• 4+ years of programming experience with Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud or Gov Cloud.
• 3+ years of experience with Apex API integration.
• Hands-on experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Objects DML operations.
• Proficiency in implementing no-code solutions such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar DevOps tools.
• Experience implementing Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex.
• Strong understanding of data mapping and data migration processes.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Certification.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
