Description

You will own the development, enhancement, and maintenance of SharePoint sites for the Data, Analytics, & Visualizations Division. You design, develop, test, and implement IT solutions following State of Michigan standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SharePoint solutions based on specific application needs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, flow diagrams, and test plans.
• Perform root cause analysis for problems and manage defect tracking log entries.
• Execute change management procedures and produce Local Change Board documentation.
• Provide SharePoint training to division staff and participate in project review meetings.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of professional experience with SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with the systems development life cycle (SDLC) and gathering business requirements.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with the MS Office 365 Suite.
• Ability to design and document technical solutions following established standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, Business Objects, Tableau, SQL, or Linux.
