Description

You will design, develop, and implement computer systems within the Accela Civic Platform, supporting five instances across multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage data integration and maintain existing Accela applications to support agency business needs.
• Develop web services and client-server applications to assist the Application Development Section.
• Streamline critical business processes by providing technical consultation and solutions.
• Provide technical support to team members and agency customers.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years implementing and supporting Accela Automation for Licensing and Case Management.
• 3-5 years experience with Accela Citizen Access.
• 3-5 years in the Accela environment covering design, development, code review, and testing.
• 3-5 years with Accela scripting and configuration, including event, batch, pageflow, and expression.
• 3-5 years setting up Accela application security roles and FIDs.
• 3-5 years promoting changes using Accela Configuration Manager exports/imports.
• 3-5 years with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database concepts.
• 3-5 years with reporting tools, specifically SSRS and Crystal reports.
• Proficiency in JAVA, Rhino JavaScript, .NET, HTML, XML, and SQL.
• Experience using SVN and GIT source control.

Preferred Skills

• 1-3 years experience with Accela GIS.
• 3 years experience with Accela Mobile apps.
• Understanding of Accela payment adapter configurations and experience with the Accela Data Migration Tool.
