Description

Lead technical delivery for CRM crisis call workflows, owning the end-to-end development lifecycle from requirements to deployment. Define architecture and security standards for Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions while mentoring the team on development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy user stories using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Aura, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
• Design and document technical architecture for integrations between Salesforce and on-premises or cloud-based systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Establish and enforce internal development guidelines, security standards, and code quality metrics across the team.
• Manage release cycles and change processes using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, including branch management and automated deployments.
• Drive technical requirements gathering with stakeholders and architects, translating business needs into secure, scalable Force.com solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of strong Salesforce development experience, including SFDX and the full development lifecycle.
• 4+ years developing within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience working with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud configurations and customizations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, specifically LWC development.
• 2+ years of experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP) and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations.
• Strong knowledge of core web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or comparable tools for requirements tracking, CI/CD, and release management.
• Proven record of delivering business value through technology and communicating strategic technical concepts to executives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience devising training plans for smooth transitions to Maintenance & Operations.
• Knowledge in implementing no-code solutions such as Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.
