Description

You will design and deploy AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants using Google Cloud technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop conversational AI agents using Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, and Dialogflow Playbooks.
• Implement Generative AI solutions by applying LLM, NLP, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Analyze AI performance metrics to improve model accuracy and conversational flow.
• Translate business requirements into functional technical architectures.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver AI-driven tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or AI implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Services, specifically Vertex AI and BigQuery.
• Experience with Dialogflow CX and Dialogflow Playbooks.
• Ability to use Looker Studio for data visualization and performance tracking.
• Experience with Cloud Functions for serverless logic.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Looker Studio to monitor AI model performance.
