Description

You will serve as a Programmer Analyst responsible for complex system analysis and development support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional requirements for software development projects.
• Create, update, and maintain detailed systems documentation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Create training plans and necessary materials.
• Implement and support Agile development processes, including TDD practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis for complex computer systems.
• 8+ years of experience developing functional requirements for development projects.
• 8+ years of experience developing and implementing test plans and test cases.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Agile development processes, including Test Driven Development.
• 8+ years of experience creating, updating, and maintaining systems documentation.
• 8+ years of experience creating training plans and materials.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or a comparable requirements and test case tracking application.
• Experience working with HIPAA Data.
• Any Graduate degree.
