Description

You will design, develop, and implement customizable Salesforce solutions to meet CRM requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements by collaborating with customers, end users, and business stakeholders.
• Own the full release cycle, including deployment of new updates to existing applications and code.
• Manage end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce programs, including data migrations, integrations, and third-party applications.
• Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include system authentication.
• Establish internal development guidelines and ensure team adherence to technical standards and security protocols.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of strong Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience working with Service Cloud.
• Experience with SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Apex programming, triggers, and Batch/Scheduled Apex.
• Proficiency in no-code configurations including Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud and on-premises applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and XML.
• Experience implementing authentication protocols such as OAuth.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AppExchange products and branch management.
