Description

You will design, program, and debug software enhancements for local, networked, or internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and participate in design meetings to define technical requirements.
• Write technical specifications based on conceptual designs and business requirements.
• Develop, test, and debug code using current programming languages.
• Complete documentation and procedures for application installation and maintenance.
• Train internal client and sales teams on system applications.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience with Java Spring MVC.
• Experience with end-to-end systems development life cycles, including waterfall and iterative approaches.
• Knowledge of ISO, CMM, and Six Sigma standards.
• Understanding of financial services industry, banking practices, and regulations.
• Ability to deliver technical and business presentations to internal and external audiences.
• Strong ability to influence others regarding technical approaches.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience executing project plans and managing budgets and schedules.
