Description

You will design, develop, and maintain software for desktop, client-server, and n-tier environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional business requirements to design programs for distributed environments.
• Translate detailed design specifications into functional computer software.
• Test, debug, and refine software to meet product requirements.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing software to improve efficiency and reduce operating time.
• Produce program-level and user-level documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in this job class.
• Proficiency with Oracle PL/SQL and relational databases such as Oracle 19c.
• Expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies.
• Ability to diagnose database issues and implement measures for data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Experience with Java, .NET, and Visual Basic programming languages.
• Hands-on work with J2EE, EJBs, and JSP.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
• Knowledge of Solaris and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) and SSL encryption.
• Experience with Object Oriented and UML methodologies.
