Description

Manage and optimize Oracle ERP environments through technical customization, integration, and system analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business SMEs and operations teams to configure, test, and maintain Oracle interfaces.
• Analyze functional specifications and collaborate with stakeholders on design changes and technical customizations.
• Enhance existing business processes through automation, gap analysis, blueprint design, and functional validation.
• Review Oracle ERP performance indicators to identify code problems and implement script corrections.
• Manage all project phases including requirement gathering, testing, data migration, cut-over, and hyper-care support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle environments.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Applications R11i & R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), JavaScript, and JET Framework.
• Experience with Oracle SOA Cloud Service, Oracle BPM, and Oracle SOA Suite (Service Bus, BPEL, BAM, OSB).
• Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, OA Framework (OAF), and Oracle ADF.
• Expertise in Oracle EBS modules including GL, SLA, Payables, Receivables, Purchasing, Inventory, and HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms and Reports, Workflow, and XML/BI Publisher.
• Competency in Web Services (SOAP, REST, WSDL) and API standards.
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau Reporting and Oracle Discoverer.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools for CI/CD.
