Description

You will lead large-scale CRM implementations and manage the full software development life cycle for client projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle implementations of large-scale CRM solutions.
• Execute four or more full life-cycle Salesforce implementations.
• Present technical and non-technical ideas to clients and key decision-makers.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using mature judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Travel to client sites 80-100% of the time.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of consulting or CRM implementation experience.
• Deep expertise in two Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, or App Cloud.
• Proven experience managing at least two large-scale CRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, SCRUM, or RUP.
• Proficiency with MuleSoft and Oracle SOA.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Visio.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications.
• Previous Big 4 consulting experience.
• Experience with Wave Analytics, Lightning, Blue Kai, Eloqua, Exact Target, or Marketo.
