Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by gathering requirements and developing application functionality.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document clear, unambiguous, and testable business requirements using standard templates.
• Facilitate requirement gathering meetings with stakeholders to identify impacted business processes.
• Develop and maintain the project backlog during Agile projects, working with the product owner to set priorities.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, architects, DBAs, and developers to ensure requirements align with system functionality and scalability.
• Create system security plans (SSPs) in coordination with the security team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development and requirement gathering.
• Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
• Experience with MVC architecture.
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with data access and manipulation, including queries, stored procedures, and Entity Framework.
• Proven ability to create functional and technical design documentation.
• Experience developing secure applications and system security plans.
• Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ADO test plans.
