Description

You will act as both a business analyst and developer to design, build, and document software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document clear, testable business requirements through stakeholder meetings and process examination.
• Develop, test, and document computer programs using web application design principles.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, architects, and QA testers to ensure solution scalability and functionality.
• Maintain the project backlog within Agile workflows and work with product owners to set priorities.
• Create system security plans (SSPs) in coordination with security teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development and analysis.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and MVC frameworks.
• Experience with JavaScript for web application development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of data access and manipulation, including queries, stored procedures, and Entity Framework.
• Proven ability to create functional and technical design documentation.
• Experience developing and executing test plans and suites.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within Agile or traditional project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ADO test plans.
