Description

Act as both business analyst and developer to deliver end-to-end application solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document clear, unambiguous, and testable business requirements through stakeholder meetings.
• Develop, test, and document computer programs using established programming techniques.
• Create functional and technical designs, documentation, and system security plans.
• Maintain the project backlog in Agile environments and work with product owners to set priorities.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, architects, and QA testers to ensure solution scalability and functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development and requirements gathering.
• Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
• Experience with MVC architecture and JavaScript.
• Hands-on use of Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with data access and manipulation, including queries, stored procedures, and Entity Framework.
• Proven ability to develop secure applications and system security plans.
• Experience developing and executing test plans, suites, and cases.
• Ability to translate complex business needs for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) test plans.
