Analyze existing systems to automate workflows, improve technical capabilities, and ensure system stability.

Responsibilities

• Own the release pipeline, test programs, and monitor system performance.
• Gather user requirements and analyze system limitations, workflows, and scheduling constraints.
• Recommend commercially available software solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Automate and improve existing processes through rigorous technical analysis.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in system analysis or programming.
• Proficiency with Java, .NET, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with Informatica and Big Data technologies.
• Ability to develop or manage UI components.
• Experience using Workday and PowerBI.
• Familiarity with Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.
