Description

You will serve as the lead administrator for Salesforce environments, owning the full SDLC from requirements verification through to testing, maintenance, and support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce Sandbox and Production environments to ensure system stability and performance.
• Manage database performance, including user records, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Collaborate with System Integrators to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure successful module development.
• Support SOA integration initiatives and assist with data flow integration from external systems.
• Identify and remove data redundancy or duplications within user accounts and organizational details.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce flows, record types, page layouts, formulas, and quick actions.
• Experience managing Custom Apps and Digital Experience.
• Strong understanding of objects, fields, and relationships.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce database management.
• Knowledge of MuleSoft, API Management, and ETL processes.
• Ability to mentor less experienced staff and contribute to goal planning.
