Description

You will design, prototype, and implement software architecture and technical solutions using D365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform. You own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to maintenance and long-term strategy planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of solutions using D365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.
• Design system architectures, strategies, and quality assurance plans.
• Perform analysis, design, integration, and maintenance of enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to develop long-term technology strategies.
• Execute the software development lifecycle following industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of CRM industry experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with D365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.
• 8+ years of post-undergraduate experience as a Java code developer.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Java MVC frameworks such as Struts MVC.
• Experience with ORM tools including Hibernate/JPA and EJBs.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (2016+), Oracle, or Postgres.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis, design, and programming.
• Experience with Data modeling, agile methodologies, and Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java Springboot, microservices, and cloud-based deployment.
• Knowledge of Sitecore CMS and UX principles.
• Domain knowledge of public retirement systems.
