Description

You will serve as a technical lead focusing on data modeling, database design, and application development support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and review logical and physical data models using SQL and PL/SQL.
• Provide technical guidance to application development teams and junior developers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align application architecture with requirements.
• Perform data conversion, transformation, and integration between multiple systems.
• Optimize SQL queries and fine-tune data models to ensure consistent performance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing and reviewing logical and physical data models.
• 6+ years of hands-on relational, dimensional, or analytic experience.
• 6+ years of experience writing SQL packages, functions, triggers, and managing mass data updates/deletes.
• 3+ years of experience in query optimization and performance tuning.
• 3+ years of experience in data conversion and transformation strategies.
• Proficiency in Oracle and SQL Server database design.
• Experience with metadata management and modeling tools such as Erwin or ER Studio.
• Experience working on large-scale Agile projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with flowcharting and screen layout design for system requirement validation.
