Description

You will design, develop, and implement customizable solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet CRM requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and end users.
• Own release cycles to implement and deploy updates to existing applications and code.
• Maintain technical responsibility for project environments and ensure solutions adhere to security guidelines.
• Establish internal development standards and guidelines for the development team.
• Integrate Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Force.com platform functionalities, including Apex coding and configurations.
• 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud or Gov Cloud.
• 4+ years of programming experience with Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience with Apex API Integration.
• Hands-on experience with SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce Objects, and DML operations.
• Proficiency in data mapping and data migration processes.
• Experience implementing no-code solutions such as Flows, process builders, and workflow rules.
• Strong knowledge of core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST, JSON, XML).

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Admin or other Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Gov Plus Cloud.
