Description

You will design, document, and build web applications while acting as both a business analyst and software developer.

Responsibilities

• Document clear, testable business requirements and maintain project backlogs within Agile frameworks.
• Design and develop software code following approved architecture, security standards, and ADA compliance.
• Create functional and technical specifications, including data element models and system documentation.
• Perform unit, string, and integrated testing while developing corresponding test scripts and plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis for identified problems and provide remediation reports.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in application development and requirements gathering.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Experience with MVC architecture.
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Experience creating functional and technical designs.
• Ability to work within Agile or traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience working directly with customers to define application needs.
• Ability to follow strict configuration and change management procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers, architects, and security teams to mitigate application-level risks.
