Description

You will design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions focused on chatbot data management and conversational interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Store, analyze, and manage chatbot data using advanced preprocessing techniques.
• Design, build, and optimize chatbot applications for web, mobile, and voice platforms.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models using deep learning frameworks and NLP tools.
• Implement RESTful APIs and webhooks to enable backend communication.
• Perform unit and integration testing for chatbot flows and APIs to ensure smooth operation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python, Java, or JavaScript (Node.js).
• 5+ years of experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• 5+ years of experience with NLP tools such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL, R, or Pandas for data processing.
• 5+ years of experience with Dialogflow ES/CX or Google Assistant SDK.
• 5+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Functions, App Engine, and Firestore.
• 5+ years of experience with OCR technologies like Tesseract, Google Vision API, or AWS Textract.
• 5+ years of experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• 5+ years of experience with Angular or React JS.
• 5+ years of experience in JBOSS Enterprise SOA environment and JBOSS Workflow.
• 5+ years of experience using CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and agile development.
• 3+ years of experience creating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of computer vision and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with AWS or Azure AI services.
