Description

You will design technical architecture solutions for cross-platform integration and authentication while managing Dynamics 365 release processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms.
• Manage technical change and release processes for all Dynamics 365 technology efforts.
• Identify technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform requirements gathering and analysis directly with customers.
• Troubleshoot application issues and resolve complex problems under pressure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform solutions, specifically Power Automate and Power Pages.
• 5+ years of experience in database architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, network, and application support.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Service Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD/Release Management.
• 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Experience with Azure Communication APIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing highly complex assignments in high-stress environments.
