Description

You will implement and customize ServiceNow Asset Management modules, manage CMDB requirements, and integrate external databases using APIs or ETL tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize ServiceNow Asset Management modules.
• Manage Configuration Management Database (CMDB) requirements and expertise.
• Develop dashboards featuring data visualizations and drill-down capabilities.
• Integrate external databases including WebEOR, SEAM, and OSL using APIs or ETL tools.
• Execute data cleaning, transformation, and synchronization workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• ServiceNow Asset Management implementation and customization.
• CMDB expertise.
• Dashboard development and data visualization.
• Integration experience via APIs or ETL tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• ETL, CMDB, and SQL.
• Workflow automation and advanced reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in a relevant field.
