You will provide technical oversight for SaaS implementations and CRM solutions, focusing on Salesforce integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops and solution design sessions to guide extensions, data conversion, and application integration.
• Define technical requirements and propose architecture options with clear pros and cons.
• Review technical architecture deliverables to ensure quality, traceability, and alignment with security guidelines.
• Establish development guidelines and standards while providing oversight on QA efforts.
• Mentor and train internal teams to ensure successful long-term maintenance and operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Proven track record of leading at least two full lifecycle CRM or ERP implementations.
• Salesforce Certified Developer and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications.
• Advanced programming skills in Apex, Force.com, .NET, and Java.
• Experience with Batch Apex and Schedule Apex development.
• Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and the full Salesforce.com lifecycle.
• Proficiency in SQL and PowerBI.
• Working knowledge of C# and the .NET framework.
• Understanding of web services and data transport technologies in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing integration, data conversion, or extension development workstreams.
