Description

You will analyze complex sales and marketing data to identify trends and drive revenue growth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that increase revenue and decrease customer attrition.
• Conduct pricing, product, propensity to purchase, customer segmentation, and revenue forecast analyses.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor dashboards to track key sales and marketing KPIs.
• Design and build data visualizations using Excel and PowerPoint to present findings clearly.
• Fulfill ad hoc stakeholder requests for data, reports, and one-off analyses.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of SQL experience.
• 1-3 years of data and analytics experience.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Tableau or other BI tools.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLookups, charts, and graphs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Health Informatics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or R.
