Description

You will implement and maintain identity governance solutions within the SailPoint environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SailPoint upgrade from version 8.3 to 8.4/8.5, ensuring integration compatibility.
• Design and implement a new database structure for Access History to track approval workflow history.
• Configure and enable audit logging across the SailPoint deployment.
• Troubleshoot and correct bugs and process inefficiencies in the existing implementation.
• Lead data validation, cleanup efforts, and transitions to discretionary access models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations and upgrades.
• Proficiency in writing and reviewing complex SailPoint Beanshell or Java code and XML configurations.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance concepts, workflow automation, and access management.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory and other enterprise systems.
• Experience with database design and management related to identity systems.
• Familiarity with audit logging, compliance, and reporting in SailPoint environments.
• Ability to analyze and optimize notification systems, approval workflows, and role/entitlement models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in OT or regulated environments.
