Description

Build and maintain applications using Power Platform and ArcGIS while adhering to organizational standards. You will engage with customers to define functional needs, manage stakeholder expectations, and document code and requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build applications using Power Platform and ArcGIS tools and best practices.
• Engage with customers to develop solutions that meet specific functional needs.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the development lifecycle.
• Document code, requirements, scope, and use-cases.
• Interpret solution architectures and utilize architectural artifacts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of programming experience in C#, C++, or Java.
• 5+ years of scripting experience using JavaScript and Python.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
• 5+ years of experience using GIS for dynamic mapping applications and real-time location data processing.
• 5+ years of experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with process mapping and code documentation.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS.
• Experience with Visio, Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio Community Edition, Azure Data Lakes, Azure Warehouse, and Oracle.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work in the office at least three days per week in Richmond, VA.
• Ability to travel around the state as needed.
