Description

You will support and enhance a portfolio of operational applications, focusing on custom Java/Spring Boot integrations and the GeoNexus Integration Platform. You will troubleshoot issues in IBM Maximo, Telog, and GraniteNet, collaborating directly with end users to resolve problems. You will develop and maintain system integrations, APIs, and data workflows while implementing configuration changes and minor enhancements. You will participate in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities, creating technical documentation and executing test plans for fixes. You will follow ITIL-based support and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance operational applications, including custom Java/Spring Boot integrations and the GeoNexus Integration Platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in IBM Maximo, Telog, and GraniteNet with end users.
• Develop and maintain integrations, APIs, data interfaces, and system workflows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system flows, and support procedures.
• Execute test plans for enhancements and fixes while following ITIL processes.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in application development, support, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Java, with preferred experience in Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Proven ability to work with system integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to collaborate with business analysts and users to clarify requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise asset management systems, specifically IBM Maximo.
• Familiarity with utility, infrastructure, or public sector environments.
