Description

You will design, develop, and optimize data processing systems and automation scripts.

Responsibilities

• Develop shell scripts for environment setup, process wrappers, and batch execution.
• Design SFTP processes using Ab Initio to push files to downstream applications.
• Create Ab Initio graphs utilizing Parallelism, Data Parallelism, and MFS techniques.
• Build App Configurations and Business Rules using Express IT (ACE/BRE).
• Assist with application migrations from Unix to Linux environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an ETL Developer or Software Developer.
• Experience with Ab Initio (including Parallelism, Data Parallelism, and MFS).
• Proficiency in shell scripting for automation and process management.
• Experience with Express IT (ACE/BRE) for business rules and configurations.
• Knowledge of SFTP process design and file transfers.
• Ability to perform data quality analysis using databases and lookup files.
• Experience with Unix and Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

• Competency in structured analysis, design, and flowcharting.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
