You will rewrite legacy applications into modern .NET solutions and own the full development lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and rewrite legacy applications into modern .NET solutions within an agile environment.
• Own the full development lifecycle including requirements gathering, application design, testing, and deployment.
• Build and maintain scalable applications using N-tier architecture and modern development practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and QA developers to deliver functional solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and customer support to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a .NET Web Developer using ASP.NET Core MVC and C#.
• 10+ years of experience with SQL Server database design, query optimization, stored procedures, and functions.
• 10+ years of experience using Entity Framework (EF) 4.0 or later.
• 10+ years of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and securing Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
• 10+ years of experience with Azure DevOps (TFS) for code repository and promotion strategies.
• 5+ years of experience developing RESTful APIs and web services using .NET Core and .NET 5/6/8.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile methodology.
• 5+ years of experience implementing AJAX enabled controls within ASP.NET applications.
• 2+ years of experience with Microservices and .NET 5/6/8 frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
