Description

You will develop and maintain web services and batch business applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze web services and batch applications to ensure alignment with user requirements.
• Lead troubleshooting and analysis of system problems to identify root causes.
• Propose and implement technical solutions across the development lifecycle.
• Code, test, and promote solutions through to production.

Required Skills

• 8 years of development with Micro Focus Visual Cobol on Windows Server 2019/2022 (batch and IIS environments).
• 5 years of experience writing complex queries using SQL for Oracle and MS SQL DB.
• 4 years of development using Visual Studio 2019/2022, including proficient use of the debugger.
• 4 years of application programming against RDBMS such as Oracle and SQL.
• 2 years of IIS configuration and setup.
• 1 year of Microsoft C# .NET development.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline with 8 years of experience, or a minimum of 10 years of related experience.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Public Sector experience.
