Description
You will lead primary and secondary user research to drive strategic product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing.
- Plan and implement research strategies using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Conduct market and ethnographic research to identify and evaluate research topics.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive sponsors and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose solutions to complex business problems.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of UX research experience.
- Strong understanding of UI Design.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or equivalent tools.
- Experience creating user personas, user journey maps, and empathy mapping.
- Ability to plan and conduct usability testing.
- Experience using remote testing tools.
- Skill in generating insights from data and producing formal user finding reports.
- Experience formulating specific, answerable, and practical research questions.
