Description

What You'll Do

• Perform functional, regression, sanity testing, and provide UAT support for Salesforce applications
• Test Salesforce functionality across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Validate Salesforce configurations including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, workflows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
• Test end?to?end business scenarios such as cases, assignments, approvals, reports, and dashboards
• Perform integration testing between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Validate data accuracy and consistency using SOQL, Salesforce reports, Data Loader, and Workbench
• Log, track, retest, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Prepare and maintain test cases, test execution reports, and QA documentation
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to clarify requirements and ensure quality delivery
• Support release cycles, including regression testing and post?deployment validation
   

Expertise You'll Bring

• 2 ?5 years of experience in QA / Software Testing
• Strong hands?on experience in Salesforce manual testing
• Solid understanding of Salesforce objects, data model, and business workflows
• Experience working with Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles, and Permission Sets
• Strong experience in functional and regression testing
• Hands?on testing experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience using defect tracking tools such as JIRA
• Working knowledge of SOQL, Data Loader, and Workbench for data validation
• Strong analytical, problem?solving, and communication skills
• Exposure to Salesforce automation tools such as Provar or Selenium (nice to have)
• Experience with Health Cloud or Life Sciences domain (nice to have)
• Salesforce Admin or QA certification (preferred)
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
