Description

Perform functional, regression, and sanity testing for Salesforce applications, including UAT support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Test Salesforce functionality across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Validate configurations including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, workflows, validation rules, profiles, and permission sets.
• Execute end-to-end business scenario tests for cases, assignments, approvals, reports, and dashboards.
• Perform integration testing with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Log, track, and manage defects in JIRA or Azure DevOps while maintaining test cases and QA documentation.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in QA or software testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce manual testing.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce objects, data model, and business workflows.
• Experience testing Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
• Proficiency in SOQL, Data Loader, and Workbench for data validation.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Salesforce automation tools like Provar or Selenium.
• Experience with Health Cloud or Life Sciences domain.
• Salesforce Admin or QA certification.
